The N.C. Department of Transportation will temporarily close a section of U.S. 321 in Lenoir to replace a deteriorated pipe under the roadway.
Beginning at 7pm Monday, April 13, crews will shut down U.S. 321 from Nuway Circle to Seehorn Street. The road will reopen at 5:30am Tuesday, April 14, weather permitting.
A marked detour will direct drivers onto Creekway Drive and U.S. 64/N.C. 18 to return to U.S. 321.
