All proceeds go to a scholarship at Watauga High School in memory of William Mast Jr., Pat Baker, Sgt. Chris Ward, K-9 Deputy Logan Fox and Luke Short.
Some members of the Watauga County Sheriff's Department, along with other agencies, were conducting training in the area, according to Watauga County Communications dispatch office. The training is/was taking place in the area of the former Foscoe Christian Church building, which burn in a late night fire in January 2014.
