1:24pm – 321 at old Scottish Inn is back open. *For more information see this link*
6:11pm – via scanner there's a rockslide just past the Watauga/Caldwell line on 321 in the southbound lane. Expect delays in that area. Update 6:31pm – according to an EMS official the “slide” is actually one large rock in the southbound lane. Estimates are it will take a while to move it. Traffic is being routed in the area.
