On February 26, 2013, Boone Police and High Country Crime Stoppers sought assistance from the public in identifying two individuals wanted for questioning about the theft of an electric cart from Wal-mart. Numerous tips were received as a result of this release and the following individuals were arrested and charged with the theft of the electric cart.
Branden Jamaal Stevens age 20 of Horn Avenue in Boone and Henry Frederick Nagle age 21 also of Horn Avenue in Boone have been charged with misdemeanor larceny. Both have late April court dates and were released on a written promise to appear in court. The electric cart was recovered.
